I withdrew after getting another offer but Ryan was great up until then. Very transparent about crypto market volatility affecting headcount — didn't hide that the team had reshuffled twice. Professional on the withdrawal, no guilt tripping. Wish I'd had more time to see the process through.

One intro call, seemed interested, said he'd send portfolio review steps. Never happened. Pinged three times over a month. Radio silence. Not sure if the req died or I fell through the cracks. Either way — not okay to leave someone hanging.
