Jessica reached out within two days of my referral landing. She actually read my resume before the call — rare — and didn't pitch me a role I was obviously overqualified for. She was straight about the leveling process (Google being Google) and gave me a realistic timeline instead of the usual "we'll hear back soon." When my onsite got pushed a week because of a hiring manager vacation, she told me before I had to ask. Only ding is she went a little quiet for four days after onsite, but came back with a clear update. I'd work with her again.

Solid recruiter, not amazing. Jessica was friendly and responsive on email. Took a while to get feedback after the HM round — about ten days — and when it came it was pretty generic ("team went another direction"). Still better than most Big Tech recruiters who ghost after a panel. She at least closed the loop.
